How much is the deposit?

Deposit amounts vary based on the size of the event. Your deposit is credited to the final bill and is not an additional charge.

What does the food cost?

We have options to fit every budget. Prices depend on your menu choices. Please refer to our catering menus for information on specific prices.

What other costs are associated with the food?

There is a 17 percent service charge, plus any applicable state taxes. We also include a $25 fee per hour for each staff member. A manager is included at no extra charge.

How much are linens?

Each tablecloth is $2 and linen napkins are $0.50 each.

What is the cost for dinnerware?

It depends on what you choose. A full set of china is $4 per person. If you prefer disposable dinnerware, we have a black foam option for $.50 per person or an upgraded plastic for $.75 per person.

Is there a charge to cut and serve the cake?

No. Cake service is complimentary.

What is your delivery region?

Black Woods is a licensed caterer in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We're happy to cater any event in those states.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, depending on the distance.

Is a bar available with offsite catering?

Yes! Full bar options are available.
