Fresh-caught Whitefish by Bodin’s Fancy Fish Co. in Bayfield, WI. and beer-battered in Castle Danger Cream Ale. Fried to a crispy golden perfection and accompanied with waffle fries, coleslaw, tarter sauce and lemon.
