HOW DO I EARN POINTS? WHAT DO I EARN POINTS ON?

Points will be rewarded for every dollar you spend on food and beverage at Tavern on the Hill, Black Woods Grill & Bar, and Black Water Lounge. The points are calculated based on the subtotal of the check, meaning you will not earn points on sales tax. When you dine with us, all you need to do is tell your server your name, phone number, or email address, and we will look up your account. You will then earn points for every dollar spent during your visit.

DOES THIS PROGRAM COST MONEY?

No! We are happy to offer this amazing program at no cost to you – just sign up and start taking advantage of the rewards!

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You can do it right on our website! Go to https://bwgrewards.myguestaccount.com/guest/, click Create New Account, fill out your info, and start earning points. You can earn 100 points right away – just for signing up!

HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS?

Dine in or place a curbside order at any of our Black Woods Group locations and tell our staff you would like to redeem a reward. Give them your name, phone number, or email address, they will look up your account, and your reward will be applied to your check.

CAN I EARN POINTS ON ONLINE ORDERS AND CURBSIDE ORDERS?

Yes and yes! Simply mention that you are a BWG Rewards member when you submit your online order or when you call an order in. Be sure to include your phone number so that we can look up your account. You will receive the points as soon as your order has been completed.

CAN I EARN POINTS ON FOOD DUDES ORDERS?

Unfortunately, Black Woods Group does not own Food Dudes and the application does not comply with our BWG Rewards program. However, we would be happy to award your points with curbside or online orders.

CAN I EARN POINTS WHEN I USE A GIFT CARD? WHAT ABOUT BONUS CARDS?

Yes to both! You will earn points on your food and beverage purchases when you use a gift card or a bonus card as payment.

WILL I STILL RECEIVE REWARDS FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARY?

Of course! We will send you a $10 reward and a free piece of Wave of Passion chocolate cake to celebrate your birthday, and we will send you a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate your anniversary. Both rewards will be sent to you via email on the week of your celebration.
