Coffee-Crusted Cedar Plank Salmon

Our North Atlantic salmon filet is coated in a sweet-and-spicy crust of Duluth Coffee Company coffee grounds, brown sugar, and just a touch of cayenne. We bake it to crispy perfection in our wood-burning oven, then top if off with a pinch of fresh microgreens.
